Official Booking & Service Agreement — Peddireddi Tours & Services LLP
All tour package bookings with Peddireddi Tours & Services LLP require an advance deposit at the time of confirmation. Full payment must be cleared prior to the commencement of travel or visa document processing.
Passengers must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their intended date of return. For European tours, Schengen visa issuance is subject solely to the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. Peddireddi Tours acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for visa rejections or processing delays.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance the notice is received:
Peddireddi Tours reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, flight disruptions, diplomatic directives, or force majeure events to ensure customer safety and comfort.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms are subject exclusively to the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
